2. Services Provided

Classic Cleaning by Moms provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Residential Cleaning
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
  • Office Cleaning
  • Special Event Cleaning

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion without prior notice.

3. Booking and Scheduling

  • All cleaning appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.
  • We strive to accommodate specific scheduling requests, but appointments are subject to availability.
  • Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional charges or service suspension.
  • Any disputed charges must be reported within 7 days of the service date.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds are only provided if a cleaning service is canceled before the team arrives or if a refund is deemed appropriate after service review.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for a resolution, which may include a re-cleaning.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible service, customers are expected to:

  • Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Remove valuable or fragile items to prevent accidental damage.
  • Ensure pets are secured during the cleaning session.
  • Inform us of any specific cleaning preferences or requirements in advance.

7. Liability and Damage Policy

  • Classic Cleaning by Moms takes great care in handling your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
  • Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Our liability for damages shall not exceed the cost of the cleaning service provided.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with our service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.
  • Re-cleaning will be scheduled at no additional cost if the issue is deemed valid.

9. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Any information collected is used solely for service purposes and is not shared with third parties without consent.

10. Service Limitations

  • We do not provide mold removal, biohazard cleaning, pest extermination, or heavy lifting.
  • Certain cleaning tasks may be excluded based on safety or feasibility.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service in situations deemed unsafe or unsanitary.

11. Force Majeure

Classic Cleaning by Moms shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or power outages.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate local jurisdiction.
